She stands at 11.02 inches (28 cm), is made of PVC and ABS, and is based on the dynamic WT 100 Illustration by Eiichiro Oda . This is also a commemorative figure of Nami for landing the number three spot in the first global One Piece Character World Popularity Vote “World Top 100”.
