Hyouzou is a poisonous blue-ringed octopus merman known as the best swordsman on Fish-Man Island, and is considered a major antagonist in the Fish-Man Island Arc. This statue features Hyouzou in his six massive orange octopus tentacles, his standard, slim pink upper body, and two human arms that serve as his seventh and eighth limbs.
